When will my order ship?

A: All orders are shipped within 7-10 business days. Any orders within 72 hours is considered a RUSH order and is subject to an extra charge.
Is it too late for me to make changes to my order if it hasn’t been shipped yet?
A: Once you have approved of your order, no changes can be made. If there is an urgent request for changes after approving your order, there will be an additional charge
My order says delivered but I never received it what should I do?
A: Once we shipped your order unfortunately it’s out of our hands, however you can follow up with your local post office to report your missing package
Can I send you my own product I want you to customize and only pay for the service?
A: Unfortunately we only use Deemah Designz products to make sure we provide great quality on everything we produce.
Do you offer refunds?
A: We do not offer refunds, however we do offer replacement/exchanges if Deemah Designz is at fault.
Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time we are not shipping internationally but be sure to visit our website for updates
